About Yoga Lola
Lola Smith is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training. Although she was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Lola found her true love for yoga in Atlanta, Georgia. As yoga began to change her life, she looked for ways to deepen her practice and she immediately fell in love with it! Right away, she felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. That motivated her to attend Yoga Teacher Training where she received her 200 hour first followed by her 300 hour. She enjoys teaching all levels of yoga, but Power Vinyasa is her specialty...
What is Power Vinyasa?
Power Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to another while connecting their breathing with their movements. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, physical and mental stamina and cardio all into one session.

Yoga For Beginners

Regardless of what your goals or intentions are for starting a yoga practice, the yoga poses themselves are a fantastic form of a mental and physical exercise. If you are recovering from an injury or you are of poor health, I recommend consulting with a physician or qualified health care professionals before beginning a yoga practice.
Yoga For Full Splits

The full split can be a difficult position to master and it's one that doesn't come easily to a lot of people. Follow these simple poses and stretches and you'll be in a full split sooner than you think!
(Never attempt a full split without warming your body up first.)
